Ardyss International - Privacy Policy

Introduction:

Ardyss has created this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering policy and what the information collected is used for on this website:

Personal Identifiable Information:

This refers to information that lets Ardyss know specifically who you are. In general you can visit our Site without telling us who you are or revealing any Personally Identifiable Information.

If You Choose to Register:

When you register with us as a Distributor you will be asked to give such things as your name, address, and other personal information. You may also be asked for a credit card number and a social security number, depending on your choice of status. This Personally Identifiable Information is securely stored in your Personal Profile. You pick a username and select a password —which will be needed to enter the Site and to access your Personal Profile. At registration, you must also provide credit card information, which is used only if you choose to purchase products. We keep this information with us to have it for billing for the purchases that you make. We do this so you do not have to come back and enter it with each purchase. It is securely stored and encrypted on our computers in the United States.

Ordering:

When you place an order for products we collect Personally Identifiable Information, (such as name, contact and billing information, credit card, and other transaction information). We use this information to deliver your order, process payment, and to communicate with you about the status of your order. Credit card information submitted with your order is used only for payment processing.

Sharing Your Personal Identifiable Information:

Except as disclosed in this Privacy Statement, we do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise retransmit any Personally Identifiable Information we collect online unless we have your permission. Any Personally Identifiable Information you provide to us will be stored in Ardyss databases in the United States.

Who We May Share Your Personal Identifiable Information With:

Our own, (and Third party) Fulfillment centers - We will disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties to charge your credit card, fill your order, deliver your order, provide customer service, and provide you with credit. For example, we must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment; and release your address and telephone information to the delivery service to deliver products that you ordered.

Legal Issues:

We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Ardyss Policies, or as otherwise required by law.

Mergers:

We transfer information about you if Ardyss is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Ardyss will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Linking To Other Web Sites from Ardyss:

Links to third-party Web sites may be provided solely for your information and convenience, or to provide additional shopping for various other goods and services through our Merchant and Services Partners. If you use these links, you will leave our Site. This Privacy Statement does not cover the information practices of those Web sites linked to our Site, nor do we control their content or privacy policies. We suggest that you carefully review the privacy policies of each site you visit.

Editing Your Personal Identifiable Information:

We take reasonable measures to ensure that any Personally Identifiable Information we collect on our Site is accurate, current, complete, and reliable for its intended use. If you wish to update or otherwise correct Personally Identifiable Information you have provided to us, you may edit your Personal Profile online after completing registration by logging in to your homepage with your username and password. Note that you will not be able to change your username once you have registered.

E-Mails and Other Communications:

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Ardyss product line and income opportunity, such as service announcements, administrative messages and event schedules that are considered part of your Ardyss participation, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

Account Deletion:

You can delete your participation with Ardyss at any time by following our cancellation policy. However, once deleted, we will have to keep any necessary information with us that is necessary for a given period of time. For example, we will have to report your income to the government pursuant to IRS 1099 reporting regulations. In order for us to do that, they will need certain information about you from us.

Confidentiality and Security:

We acknowledge your trust and are committed to take reasonable steps to protect Personally Identifiable Information you provide online from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. We employ physical, electronic, and managerial processes to safeguard and secure your information.

Third Party:

In order to most efficiently serve you, credit card transactions are handled by established third party banking and processing agents. We do our own order fulfillment but reserve the right to utilize third party distribution institutions. Third party financial institutions receive the information needed to verify and authorize your credit card or other payment information and to facilitate the processing and shipping of your orders.

Secure Server:

When you access your account information, the information is kept on a secure server. All of the data we collect is protected against unauthorized access by physical security means.

Password:

It is your responsibility to safeguard the password you use to access our Site, and to promptly advise Ardyss if you ever suspect that your password has been compromised. We strongly encourage you to change your password regularly to prevent unauthorized access. Because your identification number and password are specific to you, you acknowledge sole responsibility for any and all use of our Site conducted with your identification number and password.

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
